He was lovely to our dogs who harassed him for pats, made sure all our questions were answered, and after he left he very kindly came back inside briefly to let us know that our garage was still open. Jan P27/12/2023These guys saved Christmas for me. My aircon unit was leaking profusely and booked in (with another company) for a complicated and costly repair which couldn’t be done till January. I called Proactive for a second opinion, they squeezed me in before Christmas, identified the problem with a quick check under the house!! No one else thought to check the pipe where it exits the wall! Long story short all fixed within half an hour.
